Our suite of products focus first on the needs of the association member and ensure round-the-clock engagement between organizations and their members, donors and sponsors.
As CEO, Sameer’s focus is to ensure client success – whether through a product or service, he ensures that the company provide solutions to problems that clients have.
Prior to Data Impact Solutions, Sameer worked at Personify, a leading provider of AMS software. He led successful software implementations for the National Education Association, The American College of Radiology, and other large clients.
Having worked in various capacities in architecting, designing and coding enterprise-wide software, Sameer has a proven track record in aligning teams, creating sustainable strategies and providing direction to the company as it grows into a leading provider of mobile software solutions.
Sameer earned his Bachelor’s in Computer Science and Engineering from India and an MBA from the University of Maryland, College Park.
In his free time Sameer enjoys playing cricket and spending time with his wife and three daughters.
Angie is directs sales activities at Data Impact Solutions by attending trade shows, developing key relationships with prospects. She joined the company in 2013 after working over 20 years in and around the association community to include five associations.
Angie has studied Business Administration at George Mason University. Angie has served on the Professional Convention Management Association’s (PCMA) Cheasapeake Chapter Board, the PCMA National Awards and Programs Committee’s.
Fun fact: Angie loves her local sports teams and loves to give to her community in the Alexandria area by feeding the homeless.
Bethany Mills directs app implementations and continued app usage for all clients. She joined the company in 2013 after working for more than 6 years in associations. Bethany came to DIS from the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA), where she was the database administrator. In that role, she managed the logistics for projects such as implementing a native app, overhauling the membership structure and creating/producing more fine-tuned reports to track changes in membership data from month-to-month.
Bethany has studied a variety of subjects at both Campbell University and American University
Fun fact: Bethany has worked with over 100 different associations in her career.
Jignesh is the Product Manager for the MOSAIC Mobile Product Suite. He manages the delivery of product updates and works with all of the stake holders to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Jignesh has a ton of .NET expertise and can jump into SQL Developer mode also when needed.
Prior to DIS, Jignesh has worked at a number of IT companies developing and supporting various CRM and ERP systems.
Jignesh holds a Masters Degree in Computer Applications.
Neelam Kadam is a Technical Project Manager handling Project Implementation activities at Data Impact Solutions LLC .
She has overall 10+ years of progressive experience of leading a portfolio of IT projects with robust planning for timely delivery of business aligned, customer-centric technology solutions. Proven leader and effective communicator with excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills.
Her detailed oriented and methodical approach to work has helped resolve complex issues.
Prior to DIS, she was working in National Stock Exchange IT Ltd., India (NSE.iT Ltd.) for more than 2 years on the SQL and .Net platforms.
Neelam holds a degree of Bachelor of Computer Engineering from Mumbai University.
Karen Bradford manages app implementations and continued app usage for clients. She joined the team in 2017 after working for more than 11yrs in the nonprofit world as the database manager for CHADD (Children and Adults with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). While at CHADD, she also spent a lot of time developing their membership management, managing the conference registration and check-in process as well as project management for new system and website implementations. Karen has expertise in both AMS and CRM systems for association management.
Prior to her time at CHADD, Karen worked for USDA/Aphis and Bradford & Crellin Insurance.
Fun fact: Karen is a big Oriole’s fan and enjoys the beach. She also takes great pleasure in spending time with family and spoiling her grandchildren.
Megan manages app implementations and continued app usage for the MOSAIC™ Mobile Platform clients. Megan came to Data Impact Solutions with a background in continuing medical education and with 6 years of experience working at non-profit associations. Megan has 10+ years of experience implementing and overseeing live/online educational conferences and meetings.
Megan graduated summa cum laude from both The Community College of Baltimore County and The University of South Carolina.
Fun fact: Megan has lived in 7 states and 2 countries in the Caribbean. She loves traveling, the beach, and above all she loves spending time with her family.
Jim manages app implementations and continued app usage for all clients. He joined the company in 2019 and has over 20 years of technical project implementation experience with both government and commercial clients. For the past six years, he has focused on mobile project development efforts. Prior to his Project Management work, he spent several years in sales and flew for the U.S. Air Force.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from George Mason University.
Fun fact: When not working, Jim enjoys spending time with his family and keeping up with two sons, one in High School and the other, which plays lacrosse for his college in Georgia.
